Our Return Policy:
Our goal is to provide 100% guaranteed satisfaction for all our customers. Should the need arise to return a tool for any reason, then please contact us to make arrangements for your return and a full credit or refund will be given. All returned tooling may be exchanged or credited towards other purchases.
If a tool is purchased and found not calibrate-able we will refund the entire tool purchase price as well as any shipping costs. We will not refund any calibration costs incurred to calibrate a tool. We will require a copy of the failed calibration certificate to refund your incurred shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any tooling that does not require any type of calibration!
